"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. "Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good - on a quiet street with a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to the center of Kotor as well."

"We stayed at this property in August of 2024 for only 1 night. We wished it had been more. The property is within an easy drive of the old city, and Julie very helpfully gave us advice on where to park when we went there. The air conditioning works great (August is very hot). "Had a wonderful stay at Apartments Olive! My unit had a dedicated parking lot which was a lifesaver given the parking situation in Dobrota. Our hosts were really kind and warm and facilitated the check in and check out process smoothly. They even recommended activities and food places, I can’t thank them enough. "Gorgeous property! Lovely room that was clean and comfortable. Outside had many different seating areas to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or sit out and lounge by the water. It’s about a 45 minute walk into old town Kotor and Ubers are not available (taxi only) so keep that in mind but it was phenomenal and the hosts were very kind."

"The patio is incredible! Kitchen is well equipped. Home is gated and comfortable, with just a quick walk down to the water. Many restaurants a 8-15 minute walk away. Only thing that could have made the stay a bit nicer would have been some higher quality linens and the shower doors have a small gap that may need fixed. "

"This was a fabulous stop for our day to Kotor. Historic buildings right on the waterfront. We arrived Kate and the restaurant remained open to provide us a wonderful dinner. Room was beautiful with fabulous waterfront views Highly recommend this place!"

"I recently stayed at the Regent Porto Montenegro in Tivat, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel’s atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The surroundings were beautiful, and everything felt luxurious and relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with our visit and will definitely return in the future! Highly recommend!"

"The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "
