"Enjoyed the spacious floorplan and rooms with separate bathrooms. We were disappointed with a few items. The lack of complete cups, dishes, utensils, and silverware. Also, the master bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, or washcloths. The bath towels and pool towels could use an update and be more plenty."

"Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing , great location, quite peaceful & relaxing with great sunsets , not far from nice restaurants and shopping.The entire home was everything we expected and more,we enjoyed the bicycles and jacuzzi in the evening time! We even rented their Boat and took a trip Over to Sanibel Island for the day! If you ever need any info or recommendations for anything, Maggie and he staff are a phone call Away~ We will definitely return~"

"The Caloosahatchee House is as beautiful as pictured. It is a very well assigned home, with plenty of room for all our family's needs. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The tiki seating deck with the breeze off the river was quite lovely. We very much enjoyed our time there and will return in the future."

"This was one of, if not the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Quiet, peaceful , all the amenities you’d need. Only regret? Wish we had stayed longer. Fast and easy checkin and checkout, centrally located. And I cannot stress how peaceful the back dock and pool are. Thank you and I would stay again!! "

House had 5 bedrooms and everything in it you could possibly ask for! We loved it so much we even extended our stay 1 extra night. Hated to leave and will definitely come back in the future!"

"This is a wonderful house in an A+ Location. An easy walk to public beach access and many bars/restaurants. There is a lot of rebuilding going on in the area but there was still plenty available to make for a wonderful trip to Fort Myers Beach. We had a group of 8 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and had a blast. The lower level suite is a huge bonus not just for the extra guest space but perfect for enjoying time at the pool."
