"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. "Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away."

"There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. Overall the service was the crowning jewel of our experience. My husband injured himself during our snowboarding run so we came down the mountain early. "Front desk staff were extremely courteous, provided us with a map and some ideas for shopping and dining nearby (though prepare yourself for the price of dining out in Switzerland generally). During my family’s 2 week European trip, Central Hotel Post had the most comfy beds of our entire vacation, and the strongest water pressure of any shower I have ever seen (always a pleasant surprise, in my book). Our 3 rooms were spacious and very clean, we had windows that opened up to the square below, and some of the beautiful mountains surrounding, and there was an elevator/lift; we rented a car and there seemed to be no on-site parking for the hotel but we found a parking garage close by that was free on Sundays (hotel staff also gave us other options). Chur is a bit of a sleepy town so very quiet and walkable. We had a short stay and breakfast was pretty good for that period, not overwhelming variety but enjoyable nonetheless. We stayed here for an overnight before catching the Bernina Express the next morning and it is a very short distance to the train station (and the Europcar rent-a-car next door). I’d be happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends who hope to do something similar in future."
