"By far the best Hotel I have ever stayed In. I never experience this A+ super class type of treatment like Iv’e known the owners for years. Zero complaints here and would love to visit Siargao just to stay at Casa Basa again. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort.
