"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

"The r00m was not clean the cl0th closet was not clean and had not been clean in some time from topto bottom and there was no toilet set on the toilet in the first room and when i tolld them about it they moved me to another room and the toilet set there was was no good also overall i would not remain this hotel to any one i know and the room do not look like the picture they appetize"

"The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! "Our stay in Surigao was absolute bliss!! Although this place is old and has been badly affected by typhoon Odette a couple of years ago and is still undergoing renovations. The location was gold! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Its location is in their famous Mabua Pebble Beach, Surigao City, and on the foot of a mountain and with some 300 steps you get the most amazing view. It is also a fishing village and I've spent every night just watching the fishermen on their boats...
