"Love the Inn itself! It was a great and affordable option for our group of 13. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was really clean and the indoor pool a highlight for everyone. The only thing that made our stay a little tricky was that it is not walkable from the ferry. Thankfully the shuttle was free and had a stop close by, but had to make sure we timed it right. "

"The Martin house was clean and the room was spacious and well decorated. I particularly liked the walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the room I chose did not have a television (but it is quite possible that others on the property do have one). I was a bit dissapointed in the breakfast. It was more of a continental breakfast and the pastry the second day was a bit stale. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable. "

"Perfect place for our holiday visit to Nantucket. The unit was just right for the three adults and we had everything we needed. Great location near the state forest and bike path. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend having a car to get around the island. Sally was a pleasure to deal with."

"The house was very spacious and offered a lot of privacy. It was beautifully landscaped. The kitchens were well-equipped. The layout of the home and grounds are excellent. There were a few things that would have improved our experience. The pool was not heated upon arrival due to a storm. The house was poorly cleaned. Surfaces were dirty. Linens had stains. The closets were quite small and many of the doors were very difficult to open. Overall, there were many aspects of the house that required maintenance. The most frustrating issue was not being able to access the Wi-Fi. I messaged back and forth about the pw not working and I was sent the same response about the pw (which did not fix the issue). I finally messaged the hospitality phone number listed inside the house and no one responded. For the price paid, I would have expected better conditions with the maintenance. Overall, I would consider staying here again only if the maintenance issues were resolved. "

"A cute cottage about 2 miles away from the ferry and the beach. Everything was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The only hiccup was when we first arrived…the house number is not clearly displayed and there are multiple doors. A little clearer communication there would be appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to return."

Summer Living! Nantucket Island Home with Pool, 6 bedrooms, AC, amenities

Perfect Home & Location

"This home was absolutely perfect!! Loved that each floor had 2 bedrooms - we were able to put adults not traveling with kiddos downstairs & it was nice & quiet so they could sleep in. The pool & outdoor space was so relaxing & beautiful - the pool house was fun for game nights once the kids were in bed. Mornings on the porch drinking coffee were peaceful. We loved the quiet & peaceful neighborhood & it was still close to EVERYTHING. The house had everything we needed & then some! Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Natasha was responsive & helpful!! Hoping we can stay at the same place next visit - wouldn’t change a thing!"
