Pet friendly beach cottage a few block walk from the ocean. Three bedrooms and 1 bath that comfortably sleeps 6. Recently renovated with granite countertops, new floors, and fresh paint everywhere. Large lot with plenty of room to play and run your dogs. It has a large screened front porch to sit to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the ocean. There are 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer.

This was just right for me , my wife and dog.. very clean , convenient cottage. Location was awesome , very short walk to beautiful beach!! Host was great with communication… we will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, porch is nice, short walk to beach and to several restaurants and pier. Communication with Rodney was good, but we had no complaints to report.

It was a perfect size, clean, ideally located house. Wife and I and two dogs enjoyed house porch, and short walk to and from public beach access. Sufficient amenities and exactly as described.

Adorable Cottage
We really enjoyed our very short stay at this sweet little cottage. The cottage has a vintage feel on the outside but updated kitchen and the best shower pressure I have ever had at a rental! It is a very short walk to "downtown" Surfside, which makes walking to the restaurants possible. A lovely screened porch with comfy chairs was the best way to end the day! Definitly would stay again.

Great Vacation - Excellent location, cottage, and value
My wife and I booked a last minute vacation in mid April here with our senior dog and had a great stay. The cottage was clean and exactly what we wanted. We spent a most all of our time on the excellent screened in porch or at the beach. The restaurants and bars are great right around the corner and the host was communicative and friendly. We will certainly be back! Thank you!

A great home in a great location.
The house is in a nice neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach. Rodney was great to work with. You are also a short walk to all of the restaurants in Surfside. The front porch is a nice place to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee.

Great beach cottage
Perfect place for me & my dog. Had family over & plenty of room to visit, play cards and eat. Had everything I needed. While it’s an older cottage, it’s clean, well maintained & very comfortable. Decor is delightful. Front porch made for relaxing. Walk a couple (short) blocks to the beach, dog park, restaurants & bars. Easy checkin, good info from Rodney. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I’m sure I’ll be back in the Fall!

Great little pet friendly place to stay at the beach
We took our dog and 17 year old son. Had a great time, some other family was staying close this place was perfectly located. Rodney was very easy to get ahold and communicate with at all times. We will most likely stay there next year too.

Another Fabulous Stay!
This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach cottage! We stayed with our 2 teens and 2 pups. All of us had a great time. Great location just a few short blocks to the beach, close to the dog park for our pups, and to restaurants. The cottage had all we need for a great beach vacation. The owners are very responsive and you can tell they care about their guest’s experience. Thanks again and we hope we can stay again soon!

Spring Golf Trip
We booked the Ringler’s home for our annual golf and inshore fishing trip and could not have been happier with our stay. Everything matched the photos, was clean, and convenient to everything. Didn’t make it to the beach as time was limited and it was a little cold, but access is visible from the driveway. Would definitely stay again.

Cute beach cottage
This is a traditional beach cottage. The well appointed screen porch was great for listening to the waves on a quiet weekday visit. The ocean is a short, easy walk from the house. Lots of casual restaurants are also within walking distance. Everything was as advertised and better. The house was clean and in good repair.

Perfect Weekend
This house is absolutely adorable! The description of the house is spot on. Its very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Our senior dog loved sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. We picked a very cold weekend, but still walked to the beach....it's so close! We also walked to the new pier. Eveything is so close. Communication with the owner was so easy....he always replied within minutes. We would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity.

Exceeding expectations, again!
This was our second stay at this property. The location is fantastic, and the uniqueness of finding a standalone bungalow like this, just steps from the beach is definitely a rare find. The house is bright and airy, the screened in porch is awesome. Everything was as described. We can't say enough good things.

Nice and quaint
Honestly I was visiting for a wedding and I was very busy with wedding. I didn’t have much time to enjoy and the only morning I had time it rained. Felt very safe since I was alone.
