The master bedroom and bathroom suite takes up the entire downstairs level of the condo, offering great privacy and space to unwind. The oceanfront pool has a separate sub deck for those looking to tan while the children splash in the pool. The building also offers a picnic area with charcoal grills to ensure you get the perfect outdoor summer meal. In-unit laundry, flat screen TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Surfside Beach!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
High Speed Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Televisions, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
