"Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. The room was spacious and well equipped impressed with the little kitchenette, although we didn’t cook our own food. The only thing I didn’t like was laminate flooring in the room, which was covered in lots of scratches from what looks like years of high heels walking on it. "Lovely lodge location, everything we needed for our stay. A few snags which I contact the host about, a bit disappointed that they weren’t picked up by cleaners or owner. I know you shouldn’t expect anything on arrival, but most places I have stayed always leave a little something like milk & biscuits or the like, but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time. "
