"Wir wurden betrogen.Der Gastgeber verweigerte den Einlass in der Unterkunft. Wir sind extra aus Deutschland nach Serbien geflogen standen vor Ort und kontaktierten den Gastgeber. Er antwortete zwar lehnte aber ab den Zugang zu gewähren. Der Ort sah schrecklich und verdreckt aus. Der Gastgeber sprach weder Englisch-ich rief ihn an. Als meine Familie ihn kontaktierte, die der Serbe-kroatischen Sprache muttersprachlich mächtig ist konnte er auch ihn dieser Sprache keine Antwort finden. Was er...

"It’s a cute apt with a lot of character. Great location within waking distance to everything. The only drawback is it’s on a street with a lot of restaurants and bars meaning earplugs are require until 3 am. Around 5 am the street cleaners come through. If you planning on staying out late, then this probably isn’t an issue. "

"Spacious and comfortable room with a view, comfortable bed, complimentary mineral water, good breakfast, very friendly reception and restaurant staff, daily cleaning, restaurant and bar in hotel; was here for work and conference spaces were also appropriate. WiFi was stable but completely open (always more secure to have it password-protected); would’ve liked a kettle in the room for tea but it wasn’t a big problem"

Fantastic location in heart of old town

"Great location and great placement above the mall. Fantastic panoramic views of Belgrade. Great service. Very lively bar that happens to be the hotspot for local night life. After hours access is a bit problematic because the mall entrances close during the night and one has to figure out where is the elevator. My only complaint would be that they do not have adequate shower supplies. Instead of usual shower gel and shampoo you get a small bar soap."
