Genius set-up with the vouchers for breakfast in a neighboring cafe, that you can enjoy at your leisure and at any morning time you choose. Owner was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Super central location, in the middle of historic old town and within a short walk of all the historic churches, but easy to get to via taxi. "

"This property surpassed my expectations, it is a converted palazzo, my room was spacious and comfortable with an immaculate and modern bathroom. The staff (not 24 hours) were friendly and helpful. A fabulous feature is the roof terrace where a generous breakfast was served (I was there in October and plenty warm to be outside). I booked this not knowing what to expect and was really impressed, I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend. Fantastic!"

"A unique experience be in a high ceilinged room in a palazzo in Lecce with exceptional hosts. Francesca, who lectures at the University, is gracious and welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast in a book-lined room was personal and individually served. A most memorable and enjoyable stay. "

"I love tobacco suites and will stay there every time I'm in southern Italy. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms a beautiful and the whole place is just very unique. They don't sell their story enough about it really being converted from an old tobacco factor so it's not just a theme but you have history there too. Highly recommended. My friend had to move to another local spot for few days because this was booked and she missed the fresh breakfast and warmth of the tobacco suites....

"Serena has made our stay so enjoyable in Lecce. Her hearty breakfast and personalize our need. The room was spacious. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the second floor and taking the bags up two flights of stairs was very easy. The area of Lecce is walkable and you can get to the Centri Storico ( historic center) in less than 5 mins walk. Dining options from this area is numerous. There is a 10 leisurely walk to the train station. We walked to the station everytime but taxi is also...
