Great for our one night stay. Very hospitable staff and a very clean bungalow.
The photos look like they were taken when the hotel first opened. When we first arrived there was no one at reception and one of the cleaners had to call her to get the receptionist back to the hotel to check us in, she seemed surprised that they had a booking. The bed was extremely hard almost like it was the bed base and not a mattress. The pillows were also very hard and my wife and I both woke up after a sleepless night, due to the bed and pillows, very sore and both with sore necks. The tap water stank of chlorine and so did the pool so much so we didn’t want to swim in it, which was unfortunate as this was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. The air conditioners remote didn’t work properly so the air conditioner was freezing. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
The staff were helpful when booking transfers to the airport. Our stay was just a transit stop off, ideal if needing an overnight stay somewhere, one of the few places to stay with a pool. The pool was a delight. Enjoyable dinner at the restaurant (Roasted Duck seemed more like a local delicacy and quite chewy though) rest was very tasty. It was in a quiet location, we had a walk nearby but not much apart from a small shop, you'd need a taxi to the town. We thought the outdoor showers were a real novelty! No bugs or critters in the room. Firm bed I slept really well there.
We were in transit from Koh Samui to Bangkok and weren't sure what to expect. What a nice surprise! The room was very large, the open bathroom was a delight, and both were spotlessly clean and well presented. Nice gardens and home cooked meal at the restaurant were excellent . Wifi never stopped working (unlike the super expensive resort we stayed in at koh Samui) . For the money this is great value.
Very nice hotel in secluded neighborhood. The property is spacious with a nice pool and restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. The owners gave excellent service! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for my preference, but that is typical for Thailand. I don't think I would stay at any other place in Surat Thani.
Great place to kill a day by the pool while waiting for onward transport. People were really friendly and helpful. Didn't matter that they didn't speak English these things can be worked around. ~ 1 km walk to a main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. But food at hotel restaurant was very good. ~25 min and 250 baht to the airport.
great place to stay, very quiet and off the beaten track, but lovely bungalows with quirky outside shower and toilet ( well secluded). Plenty of wildlife around, geckos, frogs, pond full of fish.
Manager gave us a lift to the bus station in his own jeep, and also helped us organise the boat to Koh Phangan.
We spent one night here as we were coming from samui and flying out the next morning. It's a bit out of town so if you want to do stuff in town it's not the best but from what we saw there wasn't a ton to do there. The rooms and facilities were lovely. Wifi worked, room was big and clean and the bathroom was great with a nice outdoor shower. The mattress was rock solid. Good food at the restaurant. Pool looked nice enough, tho small. We didn't use it because it rained while we were there. Friendly staff. Would stay again for a night waiting for a flight but probably not if I wanted to see surat thani long term.

Nice Hotel with warm family touch.
Hotel location is abit out of town. It is good for a day of transit. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Indeed we all have fun and big laugh when we arrive at the hotel...checking in with our baggages wheeled by a bulllock cart to our room. In fact we like the environment and the friendly staff and the homecook dinner which we enjoy so much. We will definitely come back again to this hotel should we plan to visit Koh Samui in the future.
Hotel staff don't speak English exept owner who is their in evenings, really helpful and gave us a lift to the bus station on his day off!!
A good choice as an overnight stop off and nice pool and food
Would highly recommend spending that extra bit of money to get a more direct flight to Koh Samui and avoid doing a stop over in Surat Thani. The taxi driver charged us an extra 200 baht on top of what we had already paid for prior. No one can really speak English so was quite hard to communicate. Compared to the experience we had in both Koh Phangan and Koh Samui, this place made me feel really unsafe and won't be doing a stop over next time we travel to Thailand. The taxi driver was also 1/2 hour late in the morning to take us to the airport so thank goodness we didn't miss our flight. The bed was like sleeping on a hard floor and the bathroom is outside.
In the middle of nowhere. Nothing in walking distance and no public transport once you get there. No electricity or water until the evening. No English spoken here. The room was quite nice and enjoyed the outdoor bathroom.
New, immaculate an tasteful bungalows with gorgeous outdoor showers and a delightful pool make this the nicest place I´ve stayed in Surat Thani. The food at the restaurant is really good too, and the staff are lovely. Don´t worry if the day staff don´t speak much English, the owner and his wife live on site and will be home in the evening and they speak English. It really felt ike staying with a famly here- the owner even drove me on his own moped to get a massage! The only drawback is it is out of the centre, but in Surat Thani does that really matter? If you want somewhere chilled and comfortable to wait for your onward transportation, I would recommend this place for sure.
Nice hotel for one night, friendly people . We ware there on our way to koh samui and back to khao sok. Nice pool
