"We stayed on 7th Floor. Bathroom condition is really very bad. Bathroom flooring is very old and very slippery. Bathroom size is very small. I almost fell 3 times. I almost broke my head. Except Bathroom , almost everything is really great. Great Staff. Great Service. Great Location. Great Food. "

The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness. "There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "
