The space

Welcome to "Just Add Water “ beach house—where vintage charm meets modern comfort! The spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1967 mobile home is completely renovated and updated with all the best amenities you’re looking for (and more!)

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and is dog friendly! We are in a GREAT location, just 5 minutes (2.5 miles) from our driveway to the sandy shores of Holden Beach!

Nestled in a private lot with a fenced yard, you’ll love the privacy of the expansive outdoor living space. The home is decorated in a light and airy “beach meets boho” design, equipped with quality linens provided at no additional charge during your stay.

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, laundry room…this place is loaded with all the extras you can think of, designed to make your vacation as simple as possible!

The Master suite “Come Sail Away” with queen bed and attached bath is beautiful and inviting. It has a 32inch Roku TV and plenty of storage for clothes.

“Seas the Day” the second guest room, has a double bed, 32 inch Roku TV and is so calming and relaxing, you may not want to leave!

“Tide by Tide” is the third guest room in the home. With matching single beds and 32inch tv, it’s just perfect for kids or friends to rest and restore for more sun in the fun.

The full bath features a unique metal tub and shower combination, bead board walls and a vessel sink with fountain faucet.

Our mattresses and pillows are covered with protective casings to ensure cleanliness at the highest level. No hodgepodge linens here..you’ll love the look and quality of our towels, sheets,
and bedding!
Please note: linens are provided at no additional charge and will be left on the beds for ease of use

The well stocked kitchen has all stainless appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, ice maker, dishwasher, and room at the island for four. There is a coffee bar with a full sized pot and single serve Keurig available.

The spacious living room has leather furniture, a 50 inch Roku TV, ceiling fan, and tons of board games for you to enjoy!

The decor is tasteful and understated…we think you’ll love the subtle beach vibe as much as we do!

The outdoor living space is amazing! With comfy swing chairs on the front patio, you’ll love having a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The back yard is fenced, great for the kids and pets, includes a fire pit and picnic table. We have a GREAT outdoor shower with dressing area—-you will love washing the beach off at the end of the day!

There is a four person golf cart available for an additional charge (waiver must be signed), (in our neighborhood only), an outdoor tv, as well as bikes, scooters, a dining area, fish cleaning station, the list goes on and on! We also provide a beach cart and an array of chairs for our guests to enjoy!

There isn’t much we haven’t included in this property. Our motto is simple…”just add water”!
