The outside shower is perfect after a day in the sun and sand as well as access to a large fenced-in backyard for games and enjoying the ocean breezes.

This lovely home is located in the Winding River community on Holden Beach, so there is access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool (located across the street at 162 Ocean Blvd East). Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy (Easter through October), but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave, and private beach access. Also, included in your stay is the use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are four day-dock slips (first come, first serve) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy all this island community has to offer! No smoking and no pets.
