Extra amenities include use of the oceanfront upstairs deck with rockers, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water plus a dressing area, as well as a private walkway to the beach with a shower.

Diamond in the rough
It was nice. We stayed there last year too. The only thing I would give feedback on is appliances, like the can opener… it was just old and rusty. House could use some minor things such as new appliances. Also there’s a plant in the second bedroom that had some weird i guess cleaning solution in it to I’m assuming make the place smell better. Needless to say don’t accidentally numb into it or else cleaning solution will cover you. Apart from that it was great, super nice to be beachfront without breaking the bank. The view from the deck is amazing. Definitely worth booking!

A disappointment is the view. When traveling from NY, I wanted an ocean view. The view from the living space is the dunes, which makes it seem more dark and dingy. The pictures make this property seem updated and new. However, that is not the case... furniture and bedding seem old and smells musty -- instantly triggered our allergies and we didn't stay. We found somewhere else to stay that was updated with an ocean view from the main room.

Well....i have to keep telling myself it was clean and on the beach and i only spent 1400 . Pictures are deceiving, very small. Dirty cat litter trail down the property, lawn not mowed, dilapidated deck and boardwalk to the beach. Most entertaining part of trip was watching home owner fight with tarp, to cover roof during a rain storm. But still it was clean. I still don't believe there was a queen bed, tight sleeping arrangements. They do supply towels but bring beach towels. Furniture is old, reminds me of what you would find at grandma's lake cottage but again it was clean and 1400 for the week. Would i stay again? Only if it was just a place to sleep, accommodations are too small for 4 people.

The location was ideal and the price was great, but the place could really use some sprucing up. The bedding was clean, but very old and tired, as was the furniture. The place just needs some major updating. The outside was not maintained and there was garbage, cigarette butts and there was a hole in the siding on the back of the house. In spite of all this, we enjoyed the beach and our stay.

Location is perfect however serious upgrading is needed!
The beds were uncomfortable to sleep in, chairs in the living room were heavily stained, the sofa/couch has definitely seen better days and please replace the pots and pans it was very difficult to use and all utensils and knives had rust on it… also getting a dehumidifier for the place would make the entire place a lot better for breathing… the Ac in the bedroom closet to the beach didn’t work it was on fan mode regardless to what I did and we were not given a key to the door facing the beach which lead us to locking ourselves out… overall the location was excellent but this place for the price we paid could have been so so so much better if some upgrades were made if I owned this property I could upgrade everything with the money I paid for my three nights! Would love to come back but please upgrade everything you would so benefit from it.

It's a great location, everything is there for you already so there's no need to bring much of anything. Kitchen stuffs there already, beautiful views, had great neighbors and quiet. Will definitely be going back. My only down fall the mattress you can feel all the springs but it's nothing horrible. Other than that it was great

The duplex was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The wifi was slow but we spent most our time on the beach fishing and shelling. We'll definitely be back!

Beachfront property with ample parking for just my one car. The property is definitely dated & smelled a tad musty upon arrival but we aired out for a bit. The location & price cannot be beat. If it was updated it would be twice as much. Had everything we needed for a great stay! Would stay here again!
