Villa Mares is our best and most luxurious, award-winning villa in the peaceful village of Mirca, close to Supetar, the central town of Brač Island, Croatia. The villa is situated just a few meters from the beach and offers spacious outdoor areas with fabulous views of the sea and the mainland. With 320 m² of interior space, the villa is decorated with design furniture. It can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4-bedroom main house and a 2-bedroom annex.
On the ground floor of the main house, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own small terrace, an extra toilet with a laundry room, a spacious living room with a TV set and fireplace, a dining area, and a centrally positioned main kitchen with a long bar. The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the largest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has a direct exit to a huge first-floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets.
The guest annex and the main house are located next to each other and are connected by porches and terraces. The annex includes 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional gourmet kitchen.
The sea-side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, providing shade over a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with several sunbeds, and a 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by gardens and lawns and has direct access to a pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables, and a variety of Mediterranean herbs.
