2800 sqf Private House Right Outside of Boulder, Clean, Spacious and Convenient

We'd love to share with you our house that our children grew up and have our best life memory with. This is the best place to start exploring Boulder, where you can begin from Boulder Visitor Center 2 mins drive on Hwy 36th where remember to take a selfie there with a Boulder panaroma and snow peaks in the background. It's about 10 ms drive to Boulder downtown, and 20 ms drive to Denver Downtown, 40ms from Denver international airport that you can take AB bus to arrive easily.

We do our best to maintain super hygiene inside this house from kitchen to bathroom, from bedding to towels, from table to floors, the job takes 2 people 4 hours of cleaning. So... we require our guests also not to smoke, no pets, and not to use outdoor shoes inside. We have a enclosed parlor at the entrance you can leave your outdoor play stuff and shoes. Many indoor plants are planted to beauty up, and reduce carbon dioxide for more oxygen and moisture.

This is a single house has 2800 sqf, three floor with two fleets of stairs. There 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. All rooms are very good size rooms that allows your luggage, clothes hanging, ironing and electronic space. Still there is a living room on each floor including a common area among the four bedrooms for music, social, games, and electronics with more space. 1st floor has two living rooms, one is used for a formal dining with 8 seats plus a breakfast nookie next to kitchen. The TV living room boasts a comfy sofa, a lounge chair and a 50" TV. We offer local TV channels and some DVD movies for your enjoyments.

Besides 5 beds in 5 rooms, we also have 1 queen sleeper sofa in the TV room, and 1 full size sofa in the basement bedroom prepared if you need extra. The backyard is fenced, offering a outdoor deck and a seating area. The front has grass lawn with 3 parking spaces available. We may come to water our backyard veggie garden and take care weeding stuff occasionally, just you know.

As crowded as Boulder has become, Superior Marketplace the the shopping place for Boulder that offers Costco, SuperTarget, Restaurants and Sports facilities. Our house is right in the back of the SuperTarget, quiet and safe Sagamore Neighborhood with all the grocery, food and play need in walking distance. But the Colorado nature is also accessible. There is the old Superior Mining town railway trails on the South, and mountain biking tracks on the west. What we know for sure is our guests, no matter young or old, active or passive, can't be more satisfied with the convenience this place offers...

This single house is built in 2000, but well maintained with new roof, new windows and new carpets and a real oak floor your toes wouldn't be irritated. We are an active Chinese Christian family with two athletes and a scientist under one roof. We warmly invite you inside to share our enjoyment and abundant love that overflows.
