In an elevated position between Hunchy and Montville, the sprawling property rests 10 minutes from Montville's town centre and 25 minutes from glorious Sunshine Coast beaches.
The unique loft-style property is laid out over two levels, featuring high vaulted ceilings and oversized windows that capture the stunning views and let in ample natural light. The lower level comprises an expansive living and dining space, galley-style kitchen and master bedroom, flaunting a wall of ceiling-height, sliding glass doors that open out to the rear deck. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and cooking items, plus appliances including a dishwasher, oven and gas cooktop with rangehood. The main bedroom affords private access to the rear deck and lavish ensuite.
The upper level is accessed via timber staircase, with an internal timber bridge separating the two ends. At each end you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom on each end features a queen bed, while the other features two single beds. The modern bathroom hosts a generous walk-in shower and timber mirrored vanity. The property takes full advantage of the exquisite surrounds, providing a picturesque outlook and serene space to unwind.
With views of the hinterland ocean the house can comfortably accommodate 10 people and a travel cot is available.
Families with children are welcome. We ask adults to ensure supervision at the pool and the two open dams on the property. This property has a strict no functions or party rule/loud music rule.

The camera does not face the house or guest areas, but is faced towards the cow paddocks.
