The beachside location combined with the quality features of the home align perfectly to create a relaxing and memorable family holiday. The property is also pet-friendly so you don't have to leave your beloved pooch behind whilst on holidays.
There is an abundance of outdoor living areas including the front deck taking in the glorious hinterland vista and the rear deck overlooking the pool. So, whatever time of day it is, there is always an excellent option for enjoying the best of outdoor living.
Internally, the home is quite spacious with plenty of natural light creating a relaxing ambience. There are living areas on both levels of the home allowing adequate space for guests to utilise.
The home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You can also fire up the BBQ on the front deck with a sundowner, as an ideal way to end a spectacular day in the Noosa region.

My husband and I rented the property for a short break. Also travelling with my nan, two kids and our French Bulldog. Home was very spacious for all of us. Peaceful location, walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely visit again.

Great spot for all the family
We had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved that it was a short walk to the patrolled beach and the dog off leash beach. We grabbed morning coffees at the conveniently located Beach Chalet on our way to walk our dog. Kids loved the pool, and everyone had loads of space. In the very clean and well appointed unit. We also walked up to Sunshine Beach (about 15mins) to a great selection of cafes and restaurants. I love a holiday where you can leave the car in the garage!

Great family holiday stay
Jason’s place was a comfortable, clean, 2 story townhouse. My family of 5 humans and 1 dog enjoyed the short 4 minute walk to the coffee shop and beach every morning. In the afternoon we chilled on the balcony or in the refreshing pool before heading out in the car to drive all of 4 minutes to get to some great restaurants. Highly recommend. Thank you.

A few days away and the pool was great for the kids to jump in and out whenever they pleased! The area was quiet … maybe a bit too quiet … the local cafe was shut while we were there so we had to drive for food and drink. Overall a lovely stay!!

Fabulous get away
This property was perfect for a holiday with for our family of four, well five if you count the dog which we do. Thought full touches like hand soap and bodywash in all the showers toilets and kitchen. Lots of areas to be apart or together as a family. Beautiful mountain views and sea breezes. Secure for our dog. This is our second stay and we would love to come back.

Had a great stay, nice big place and very close to Noosa, house is nice and big and has some lovely reading spots. The view of the mountains was really loveky and we had some great sunsets. Would highly recommend!

We had a short relaxing stay after an adventurous week on K'Gari Island! The property had everything we needed. Great host, great house, super close to the beach, only downside is that the neighbourhood really needs a supermarket.

Everything you need
Beautiful Noosa beach, the dog beach, shopping and cafes were a very short drive from this property. It was so good to have the whole family together (including our fury friends) in one place. When at home we enjoyed swimming, playing board games, having bbqs on the deck and watching Netflix altogether. This destination made a very relaxing family holiday.
