The Space:
Spend your holiday in the picture-perfect paradise that is known as Dicky Beach. Located just steps from the dunes of Dicky Beach, this modern and marvellous property is sure to be your very next home-away-from-home. Soak up the sea breezes that drift through the open-plan living and dining area while your children make use of the whimsical hideaway loft that is filled with toys and games. Sleeping six guests in total, the town-house features three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. A short stroll from the home will take you directly to the golden sands of Dicky Beach where sun, surf and salt is the order of the day.
As you enter, you will be greeted by the sun-lit living, dining and kitchen area that is open and spacious. This space is situated on the middle level of the home. Spread across three levels, the first level of the townhouse takes you to the patio and lush garden full of bright flowers. Featuring an alfresco dining area and barbecue which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the main living space, this patio is perfect for people and pets to enjoy alike. Bask in the beauty of the outdoors and host a barbecue while your children and pets play in the grassy backyard that is fully-fenced.
Back on the middle level you will find two bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a beautiful balcony equipped with a sun umbrella on this level. This spot is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail surrounded by the sights, sounds and scenes of Dicky Beach.

Take the spiral staircase to the second level of the property that contains the lovely loft, a children's playroom/entertainment room and another bathroom. Styled to perfection, this loft space is perfect for kids or adults alike who prefer some privacy. The space features two single beds and the entertainment area is complete with a comfortable couch and shelves filled with toys and games. The bathroom pertaining to this level contains a toilet, sink and shower.

There is parking available in the garage onsite, and free parking available on the street. The townhouse has a private entrance at the front of the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled beyond the dunes of Dicky Beach, this dog-friendly townhouse is just steps from the sand and the sea. The townhouse is one block from the famous Dicky Beach and Surf Club. Explore the area on foot, or take a bike around and visit all of Caloundra’s best beaches; all are within minutes of each other. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the Caloundra area, and a wide range of coastal activities available. Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, and so many great restaurants too. Take a 30 minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park. The Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Getting Around:
Easy walk to the beach and the surf club as well as local shops, restaurants and cafes. Caloundra is five minutes away by car. The Caloundra bus station is on Bulcock street and the closest bus stop to the house is on Cooroy St. Ride-share services are also available.
Other Things to Note:

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Access to the home is via one set of stairs to the front entrance.
*Please note there is a spiral staircase at this property to access the upstairs loft bedroom with 2 single beds. This staircase also takes you to the garden and patio. Please keep this in mind if you are staying with elderly people or children.
