Nothing brings relaxation like starting the day with a short stroll to the beach from this immaculately presented two bedroom apartment, only footsteps from the white sand and rolling surf of Maroochydore Beach.  Perfectly positioned on the Sunshine Coast, and surrounded by some of the finest cafes, bars and restaurants on offer, Coastal Soul offers the ideal place to relax and recharge.  Enjoy local Sunday markets, patrolled surf beaches and the nearby, calmer swimming waters of the Maroochy River.  With so much within walking distance, you’ll find there’ll never be a need to stray far from home, meaning a car is not essential. 
 
Stylish coastal decor meets the latest luxuries to create a space you can’t help but unwind in.  With light and airy spaces throughout, a luxury bathroom, modern bedroom suites with cushion top Sealy queen sized mattresses and modern kitchen (featuring stone bench tops and breakfast bar), it’s not surprising previous guests have called it “absolute comfort”.

By husband and myself had a restful 4 day stay. Apartment is close to great cafes and restaurants and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Would book again.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It was a really nice unit and its location meant that we did not have to hire a car , apart from the first day. Great dining, cafes and beaches all within walking distances. Great communication from Mitch and very easy to deal with. we would recommend this place and we look forward to coming back to it in the future.

An immaculate property in a convenient location
The property was thoughtfully appointed and impeccably clean. The location is convenient with a pool onsite, the beach a block away and the river almost as close. This provides a holiday that can have it all :)

Great tranquil space!
Lovely tranquil unit, great location. A little sparse for kitchen pots and pans if you like to cook, and warm in the bedrooms without AC and not much air flow back there (ceiling fans only) but otherwise a perfect space to stay for a week.

Amazing beach apartment
This apartment is neat, clean, modern and close to all amenities. My family and I stayed here for a week over new years and it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, calm side, surf club and Main Street. Mitch was very easy to liaise with and the apartment is perfect for a family vacation.
