The Space:
Flooded with natural light and a stylish beach vibe you will feel instantly relaxed upon arrival.

The extensive open plan living/dining and kitchen space leads out to the sunny timber deck with outdoor dining and Webber BBQ, the perfect spot to relax with family and friends.

Cook up a storm in the modern fully equipped kitchen, with quality appliances, including an Espresso coffee machine, air fryer, Smeg kettle and toaster, you will have everything you need for a short or extended stay.

On the lower level of the living area through barn style doors is the third bedroom, with double bunks and trundle bed, comfortably sleeping 4 children.

The main bathroom with bath tub, separate shower & toilet plus two vanities is located on the lower level and has two way access from the kitchen and third bedroom.

The upper level features a study with fold out sofa bed, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and air conditioning. The master retreat is generous in size, with a king size bed, comfortable couch, air conditioning, a walk through robe and large ensuite.

Both upstairs bedrooms feature direct access to the large north facing balcony with glimpses of Mount Coolum.

Guest Access:
You will have the entirety of the house, garage and courtyard to enjoy during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
We do not accept "schoolies" or similar parties.

Please be mindful of our lovely elderly neighbour (Margaret) and limit noise after 9pm.
