Enjoy sunset drinks and BBQ with friends on your own private rooftop terrace or soak up a quiet morning coffee on the deck. The complex also contains a pool.
Master Bedroom:
Features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, ample wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom with bath, shower vanity and toilet.

Downstairs you have access to the Seacrest pool and a private single lockup garage which can also store surfboards and bikes.

The entire 2 bedroom unit, and private balcony off the living and dining area. A private rooftop terrace is available for your exclusive use and overlooks the stunning Moffat Beach headland. A single lockup garage with parking for 1 vehicle as well as enough space to store a bike or two, or a surfboard.
The Neighborhood:
You are minutes walk to local cafe's, bars and coffeeshops. A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.
Getting Around:
There is a nearby bus service, and you can access all major attractions by vehicle.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*The single lockup garage has a 2m clearance. The garage is located on the very right hand side of the building and there is a sharp left hand turning circle to get into the garage. There is 1 guest parking space in the garage for the unit, 2 parking spaces for the complex along with ample on-street parking.
