Suited to families, this spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as comfortable indoor living and outdoor patio with lounge furniture to relax. This home is well insulated, handcrafted from solid concrete and beautiful hardwood timbers. It is lovely and cool in summer and warm in winter, but it you’re feeling a little chilly, it has a charming fireplace. *Please note we sleep a maximum of 4 adults at this home*

Immerse yourself in the comfort of our indoor space, where hardwood timbers add a touch of elegance and solid concrete ensures year-round comfort. The house remains naturally cool during the sunny summer months, while a cozy fireplace awaits to warm up crisp winter evenings.

Step outside to the patio where leisurely afternoons unfold on plush lounge furniture, or spark up the grill for a family barbecue under the stars. This handcrafted haven is not just a place to stay—it's a place to live, laugh, and create lasting memories with your loved ones

Please note this home Is suitable for a maximum of up to 4 adults staying with children. We do not take groups of more than 4 adults.

Maroochydore airport is 20 mins away
Sunshine Coast Hospital is 20 mins away
Brisbane airport 60 minutes away
15 mins to the new Sunshine Coast University hospital

Note about pets:
We are happy to allow 1 dog outside upon application. No exceptions for dogs inside as the wooden floors are too delicate.

Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to all amenities within the house, including access to lock-up garage to store bikes, surfboards etc.
The only thing that will be locked away is a small studio downstairs.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a peaceful plot of Kings Beach set amidst established gardens. Surf from the patrolled sands only steps away. Scuba diving, hiking, and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo are also on offer nearby, plus open-air shopping at Eumundi Markets.

Getting Around:
The Caloundra bus station is on Bulcock street and the closest bus stop to the house is 750m away.
Ride-share services are also available.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for one outside dog - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. No exceptions for dogs inside as the wooden floors are too delicate.

*Please note we do not supply firewood at this home.

*This home is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. Please reach out before booking if you have more than 4 adults.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
