This countryside retreat is set on a 25-acre property behind Nambour, surrounded by a spring-fed creek and a swimming hole.
The Space:
Hill Creek 2 Tiny House by Tiny Away is located in the serene suburb of Perwillowen, just 7 minutes from the rural town Nambour - Sunshine Coast Region. A scenic drive will take you to the breathtaking Buderim Forest Park and Kondalilla National Park. These natural wonders boast scenic walking trails, waterfalls, and inviting rock pools ideal for a refreshing swim.
For seaside adventures, a quick 30-minute drive from our charming tiny home will lead you to the sun-kissed shores of Coolum Beach and Mooloolaba Beach. These idyllic spots provide the perfect setting to unwind, soak up the sun, and create unforgettable memories with loved ones.
A snug, 139-square-foot tiny home and the nearest accommodation in Sunshine Coast, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be two tiny houses. "Hill Creek 1 and Hill Creek 3" sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

By car:
- 5 min drive to and from Nambour
- 20 min drive to and from Coolum
- 20 min drive to and from Mooloolaba
- 40 min drive to and from Noosa National Park
By public transport: All trains and busses come into Nambour Station, 5-min ride by taxi or Uber to the property.
Other Things to Note:
- Please bring your own firewood
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
