We cannot wait to share our fabulous Sunshine Beach home with you. The one level house is perfect for a family or even two sharing together. The house flows from open plan living and dining out to an undercover outdoor area with views over the sparkling new pool. The fully fenced garden is perfect for little ones to toddle around in safety. The parents retreat with ensuite looks over the pool with three further large bedrooms close by. The main bathroom has a bath and seperate shower. We have turned the garage into a teenagers haven (or man cave) with a comfortable couch, beer fridge, Smart TV and Snooker table that changes to table tennis and poker table! The open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons and brand new oven. We are located only a short flat 5 minute walk to vibrant Sunshine Beach village and pristine patrolled beach.
