Sunset cottage is located at the end of a quiet street it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms spacious living room, large deck, fire pit, and even a fully functional wood burning stove for the winter season. It is in an ideal location just minutes away from the public beach, state park, boat launch, and multiple wineries. It can sleep 10 people. It has 3 full size beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 full size sleeper sofa (NOTE: bedding is not provided). Nice place.
This house is not super impressive to look at, but was lovely on the inside. Five of us friends got together, we went antiquing, ate at very nice local restaurants, and we were pretty comfortable all in all. The two bathrooms made it nice. It served us very well.

Great getaway!
Our 2 families with 5 teenagers loved this cozy cottage! It was the perfect central location as we spent a long weekend hiking and disc golfing around Ohio. The back yard and patio would have been perfect if it were a little warmer! Just what we needed!

This place was perfect for us. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Loved the Keurig and the flavored coffee. The weather was dreary and rainy but would definitely stay here in the summer and enjoy the back patio and the spacious yard. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great little place to stay. It had everything we needed. The owners are making updates apparently. We enjoyed a soak in the brand new Jacuzzi and used the fire pit. The kitchen also has an oven now and all the things you could possibly need like scissors, coffee, serving ware, paper towels, etc. We'd definitely stay here again in the future. Only thing I wished we had was a cozy blanket for watching TV on the couch.

This was a nice place to stay. Had literally everything we could need for 4 adults and 5 young kids. Check in/out is super easy. Games, toys, dvds for the kids was super helpful. Would stay here again.

Communicative and helpful owner! My friends and I had a good time at this little place, especially out on the nice patio/firepit out back. Great location for renting a boat, had to be just 2 minutes from the marina. Would rent again.

Made a last minute change of vacation plans to visit family. Found this place available. It was a great location for what we wanted to do. Great for kids especially. Only downside is for couples to recognize that if used to king or queen size beds these will take some getting used to. High quality linens and mattresses and pillows but you will be closer to your spouse than you might be used to. But that's the only negative. Nice dead end street good wifi clean comfortable house nice hottub nice big yard. Close to the Lake fully stocked with what you need for your stay nice outdoor seating spaces and Im rambling. You will enjoy your stay

Has Potential... but needs work
Sweet little place. However, Landscape overgrown and looks terrible and inside had some safety hazards... like the thresholds on the floors... ie... master bath room and kitchen going into the mud room. Could really hurt someone if not taken care of. Thank you.

The hosts were extremely nice but the cottage was not clean. The bathroom sink had hair on it and not clean. The kitchen countertops were dirty. The window air conditioners did not all work. Visible dirt everywhere, drawers, cupboards, countertops, and floors.

Relaxing and Lovely Stay at Lake Milton
The cottage is a perfect stay for a family with children, plenty of room for kids to safely run and play outside and roomy enough to weather inside if needed. The kitchen is well stocked to do plenty of cooking at home, restaurants close to the property are few, but Halliday Winery is within a mile for a sandwich or flat bread pizza and is also family orientated! It has a massive amount of outside seating lakeside that allows kids to run and play, and even welcomes pets! Austintown is a short drive away for a variety of restaurants and shopping if needed. Craig Beach is within 5 minutes, and the park offers several options of watercraft rentals, from kayaks to pontoon boats for added water activity fun! Sunset Cottage is not the Ritz, but if you are looking for a family vacation that is close to camping but with the conveniences of showers/AC/comfortable beds in a beautiful setting that is close to water you really should consider Sunset. Britt and her husband were absolutely fantastic. I booked one day before my 2 week stay, locked myself out once, and had problems with working the tv and in every situation they were quick to respond and were always cheerful and kind. Even checked in with me after my first week to make sure all was well. This was my first time renting a new to VRBO property that did not have a lot of reviews, I am really glad that I took the chance on Sunset, if I need to stay in the area again, Sunset is where I will be staying!

Great place to stay!
Group of four with two boats. Plenty of room for one rig in the driveway and the other along the street in front of the house. Both were plenty close enough to plug in and charge batteries at night.

Relaxing and Excellent Accommodations
The owners have really thought of everything. The house is well laid out and much bigger than it looks from the outside. The back patio area is very spacious with 2 patio areas and a hot tub. Ample parking and very quiet street this time of year. Several places to eat and drink within minutes. We would definitely stay here again. My one critique is the house could use a deep clean.

House was as listed. Everything we could use was there. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room all very well thought out and lacked nothing. Even outdoor toys for children! The house had not been cleaned well. The walls had visible handprints and cobwebs and there was hair on the floor in nearly all the rooms. Window sill and window in kitchen was very dirty. I believe the cleaners are at fault for this, not the owners. We loved the house.
