Enjoy some of the best weather of the year in Sunset Beach. 4 bedroom (sleeps 8/10 when adding two twin beds) 3 bath Canal front beach home only steps to the beach. 427 Sailfish street has tranquil views abound! Our Breezeway under the house gives you a great area to enjoy dinner and conversations with family and friends. During inclement weather days the breezeway still allows a large area to be outside and enjoy an almost constant breeze. All bedrooms are light & bright, and the guest suite on the ground floor gives the perfect amount of additional space. The covered screen porch is a favorite spot to for morning coffee and and enjoying peaceful summer nights. Natural light and relaxed coastal colors throughout.
For the summer months (May to Sept) we rent for 7 nights only (Sunday to Sunday) starting in 2024.
Brand New Shower in lower suite and added Scotsman ice machine that makes 226 lbs of ice daily!
Updated appliances. Bonus storage room downstairs for the beach essentials such as bikes, chairs, kayaks, coolers & surf boards. The beach access is an easy walk, leading to the silk-like sand on Sunset Beach. Boat launch & waterfront park are just over the bridge. Sunset Beach – voted one of the best beaches by National Geographic. Easy boating, fishing or launching your kayak with direct waterfront access -

Yearly Family Vacation
My family just stayed here for the second year in a row and we have already booked for next year. We love the house inside and out with plenty of space for a group to hang out comfortably. There is also plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen to unpack everything, which is a treat when renting!

Wonderful stay!
My family and I stayed for the 4th of July week and had a great time!! We grilled almost every day and hung out on the dock daily. This area was a big hit with the kids! Beds were all very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, with grocery stores near by. My family already wants to plan another trip back!

‘Grand’ Vacation
Living our best salt life - If only for one week! Our multi generational family vacation returned to this well-appointed and comfortable home. With the Beach an easy walk away and a canal in the backyard there’s always fun to be had! John’s a responsive and accommodating host. We’ll return!

This is a very nice beach house. Older style but nicely updated. Very comfortable living area, expanded kitchen/eating area. Lots of beach accessories such as chairs, umbrella, wagon and sand toys. Right on the canal and use if kayaks. Owner friendly and available.

Great property on one of the canals at Sunset Beach, NC. Well appointed, including beach chairs, bags, and other sand gear. The screened in porch on the canal side, was the perfect spot for morning coffee, and evenings after dinner. Easy walk to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was awesome! The outdoor space was perfect for our crew and the back not getting the afternoon sun was a great advantage of the house! Also, the ice maker is a game changer! The host was easy communicate with and proactive in answering questions and meeting needs. Would highly recommend staying here with your family at Sunset!

A very nice property
Very well equipped kitchen and amenities. Owner provided kayaks and bikes and was thoughtful to also include an air compressor and a commercial ice Maker to provide abundant ice for coolers. Clean and comfortable. The mattress was more comfortable than most others. I actually meant to look to see who the manufacturer was. The beach was perfect as always. Just more crowded than I remember as a child. The canal and the floating dock were nice. The owner was responsive and answered any questions we had.
