The interior features newly renovated living quarters complete with modern amenities. The living room boasts plush seating, a 65-inch smart TV (easy HDMI access for gaming console or laptop), and effortless access to the large balcony. When hanging out here, whip up your favorite dishes amidst the full kitchen's modern appliances and center island/breakfast bar. When it's time to eat, head for one of the two screened balconies for a pleasant al fresco dining experience.

As you explore the rest of the space, you will discover equally inviting bedrooms, complete with smart TVs, soft linens, ample storage space, and central air. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and bistro table. Additional interior perks include super-fast WiFi, dimming ambient lights, a washer/dryer, toys for the kids, games for the family, and a Pack 'n Play.

Outside, the community's amenities are prepared to host hours of entertainment! Practice your swing on one of the three different on-site golf courses, challenge your loved ones to a game of pickleball or tennis on the courts, or dip into the indoor or outdoor pool or hot tub. The giant game room features pool tables, Ping-Pong tables, darts, and shuffleboard. There is even an on-site restaurant at the convention center! Daily passes for these amenities are not included in this vacation rental, but you can just go across the street to the VAC (village activity center). Renovations are scheduled for the beginning of the 2024 season, so please get in touch with the VAC for more details.

In just a quick drive, discover excellent local Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach restaurants. Just a few minutes further, you'll be in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, where numerous eateries, shops, and family-friendly amusements await.
