The check in was nightmare but the stay was ok
"The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours ..."
