"The service was excellent! From check in to check out was great. Loved the room call about 15 minutes after we got there to see if our room was ok, and if anything was needed. The fresh warm cookies in the lobby were a nice surprise. Great stay, clean rooms with comphy beds! "

"Great check in and great corner room with balcony. Easy parking. No issues. I like that there was an entrance to the freeway express lane just a block away from the hotel. Made easy access to my business meetings in the city and the express lane reversed direction in the afternoon, so the express lane drop us off right at the hotel. "Had to pay for valet parking and then my car was never ready when I used the text service for a speedy pickup. Also my room didn’t have a fridge and that surprised me a bit, would have appreciated that! Otherwise it was a beautiful clean room, great view and good location. "

"Our stay was great! The hotel is the best one in Everett and I’ve stayed at most all of them. Super nice staff. Only one complaint. They ran out of clean pool towels and we called from the pool to ask for more and they never came. "
