"We booked during renovations so we expected some inconvenience with that being said a room 2 doors down flooded our floor and we had to reach out for a remedy which they did happily. Rooms are outdated but pool and location are perfect. Overall 8.1 out of 10"

I loved the predominant Russian vibe there in the guests, the cafes, and shops close by. Old Samovar restaurant (15 min. walk) served superb traditional Russian food. Felt very safe walking around on my own, although Collins Ave. was noisy.
