"We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"The property itself is great, has nice window view and spacious but the nighttime biker traffic was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep. At first, we wanted to extend our stay, but after a restless night, we decided otherwise. "

Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. "Based on the location, the price rate for this hotel is fairly cheap. Suria KLCC is just next to the building. The room was clean and comfortable. And the swimming pool area has a breathtaking view of the Twin Towers."

"Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

"Staff was very welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and really appreciated the nice touch with the balloons and towel decorations in the room, as well as the cake and card. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place."
