This newly upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you come up to the condo there is a large deck with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and an electric grill. When you enter the condo on the lower level is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. Near the entry is a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen countertop and a small drop-leaf table for 2 near the living area. One of the 3 bedrooms is on this level with two twin beds, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. This room has its owner bath with single sink vanity and shower only. The condo has an electric grill for BBQing.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed, 36-inch flat-screen TV, desk, and access to a small balcony. The bath has a 2-sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and ceiling fan. This room has access to the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. In this hallway, the owner has a shelf with books and games to enjoy during your stay.
Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost. BBQ use is no longer allowed at this complex.
