As you step inside, you're greeted by a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, freezer, and a range of cookware and utensils including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, cutlery set, and more, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary adventures. The cozy living room, featuring a smart TV and a collection of board games, is perfect for evenings in. The dining area, equipped with a wet bar, leads to a patio with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with queen-size bunk beds, and additional built-in twin bunk beds on the floor landing. The primary bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, sauna, and a private balcony, creating a luxurious retreat. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, and climate control with heating and 2 portable A/C units.

You'll also have access to the Elkhorn community's pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and a private hot tub exclusive to Summit One residents.
Check-in is seamless at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with detailed instructions provided upon booking confirmation. Our condo offers the perfect blend of privacy, convenience, and access to Sun Valley's attractions, making it an ideal choice for your next mountain getaway.
Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement contract to confirm the booking. Additionally, please be aware that in the event of a cancellation, there is an additional 6% credit card (CC) fee applicable, which is beyond our standard cancellation policy. This is a NO PET, NON ANIMAL HOME, ZERO TOLERANCE. No pets or visitors' pets are allowed onsite. This property is designated as not pet-friendly. Please see rental agreement or contact management for a complete list of rules and pet policies. The owners have allergies.
A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
