This ski-in-ski-out 3-bedroom condo is located in Sun Valley and will sleep up to eight guests. On the upper level, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen streaming TV, leather furniture, and access to a deck with mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 6. There is a half bathroom off the dining area.

On the lower level of the condo are the master and second bedrooms. Master has a King bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck area. The master bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet in this bathroom.

The third bedroom is located above the living area. It has 2 Queen beds, a 36-inch flat screen /DVD player, and Mt Views. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower only. This is truly a ski-in-ski-out property where you can see the runs from the upstairs bedroom and living area. PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet friendly and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day.

Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year round. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Property was in a beautiful location. Property manager very responsive. Entryway in disrepair.Multiple loose bricks. Broken siding in multiple places in house. Cobwebs, dead cockroach and wasp found. Doesn't appear regularly cleaned or maintained. Very, convenient location and beautiful spot on mtn.

Great Property, But…
This was a great location and the new club house was BEAUTIFUL! But… the condo has clearly been cheaply redone. Floors are super creaky, really cheap furniture, the couch is super uncomfortable, my brother in law fixed two broken dining room chairs while we were there, and there is no railing on the main staircase which was hard for some of my older family. I don’t think that is up to code? This is NOT a kid friendly condo! Also, pictures make it seem like the deck is way bigger than it is and there is now a giant yert blocking the Mountain View. All around a great stay and great location but the condo should be priced differently.

great getaway to a true ski town
loved the location, so fun to ski the big mountain with my son, then go back after lunch out our backdoor for afternoons with the whole family on dollar mountain. Great to save some money and cook a lot of meals in the condo. Only bummer is that the walls are thin and we could hear neighbors till 3am very clearly and loud the first night. After they left the rest of the stay we had quiet neighbors and there wasn't any other late night parties.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley. The condo is located near the Sun Valley Lodge and all of its associated amenities. Wish there was check in at the site instead of in Ketchum, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

The property is wonderful and the stay lovely. Despite presumably limited parking in a small condo neighborhood it was never even near full during this “off” season stay. Limitation to one parking pass for a condo sleeping 6 adults was inconvenient. There should be more parking accommodations or advertise that the parking is limited to one vehicle. Due to split varying departure times, our group of 3 couples required 2 vehicles. Worrying about getting towed for the periodic short term stop, and parking over at the sun valley inn does not add to the relaxation of a vacation trip.The other disappointment was the issuance of only 5 amenity passes for a stay of 3 couples. This meant we had to leave one individual or the couple out of various activities. Again, for a condo that sleeps 6-8, more amenity passes seems warranted. Wish this would have been disclosed. I definitely will ask for the undisclosed details in the future, PRIOR to final selection and booking.
