The dining room seats eight and includes beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen nook is perfect for morning coffee, enjoying a book, or watching a little television. There is a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer just off the kitchen. The main entry has two-story windows with a custom, glass, over-sized front door.

The main floor includes the spacious Master bedroom that has heated bathroom floors and heated towel rack, free standing bathtub, over-sized shower with bench, patio access with beautiful views, fireplace, wall mounted HDTV, walk-in closet, and king size bed. The Wood River Trail is a 20 mile paved, multi-use, year-round path that provides a non-motorized connection between the communities of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley. Access to the trail is directly across from the front of the property.
