If you need beginning to intermediate skiing, this condo is less than a mile from Dollar Mountain and just nine miles from the world-class runs at Bald Mountain for the more advanced skier! The local bike path winds throughout the neighborhood and connects with the Wood River Valley System for 40 miles of paved biking, rollerblading, and walking fun. Ketchum, three miles away, and Sun Valley, two miles away, have great shopping, dining, and entertainment for many interests.

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
