The yard and building need some TLC. It was confusing to know where to go when we first arrived. The inside is comfortable and clean. Our host was very responsive. Price was good. Location was good
Train might bother some
We had a great time. The house was very clean and comfy. We did have an issue with the upstairs bathroom toilet not flushing the first night but it was working the next morning. The downstairs shower did not have hot water the whole time we were there. Manager was very prompt to get back with me. But had no luck with getting someone to come out while were there. And the pnd in the back looked more like a marsh. The outside needs to be cleaned up better. The house is was in a great location. Very close to everything.
We had a severe storm while we were in town and our host was extremely helpful and very proactive in working with the power company to get it back on. I would recommend the property unless you’re bothered by train noises. The tracks are quite close and the train goes through several times a day and also at night. It’s very loud and the apartment rumbles when it goes by. I wasn’t bothered by it, but some people might be.
