"We had a lovely large room at the Inn. The area around the Inn was quiet, as residential. The restaurant located within was very nice with great food selections and friendly staff. Even the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to the Inn at I’ON should we be in the area of Charleston again. "

"What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and cute restored building. Wonderful lobby area for snacks and drinks or to just sit & relax. There is a cute large porch for sitting as well. Very close to the College of Charleston campus. Parking can be a bit tricky but we did get very lucky on our stay. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area and it is very safe. So many shops and dining options very nearby. We look forward to staying again on our next trip to Charleston."

"The inn is adorable and quaint. It’s an old Charleston single. But if you have trouble with stairs, you wouldn’t want to book the upper rooms. The staircase is narrow and steep. Also it’s not the most quiet as it’s situated in a busy area, but no worries, just use the white noise machine they provide or bring your own personal fan like we did. "

"My fiance and I absolutely loved staying here. It is a 20-30 minute walk to downtown, very clean and cozy space, perfect for the two of us. The heated pool was an amazing bonus! The host is extremely responsive and was kind enough to let us check in early (which the process was super easy) and even check out late with bag storage since we have a late flight back home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and absolutely love Charleston! :)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was in excellent shape. Only problem we had was that we never received our check-in email with access codes and there is no one on the premises to help. "Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the porch nestled into the couches people watching & enjoying the breeze. The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back."

"We loved The Iris for our week in Charleston. Great location just a short walk from King Street and situated in a cool neighborhood within walking distance to fun restaurants and bars.
