"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. Women at reception all seemed perturbed that we were there. Not sure if they simply don’t like Americans or whether they are just burned out. "Nice small hotel close to the city center and bus station. Shops and park where you can spend nice time walking is also in vicinity. Breakfast was tasty and staff was nice. The only negative was traffic noise coming from street and also we could here our neighbors in next room talking, mostly through bathroom ventilation. "

"It was really warm, and the cooling in the rooms was not controllable. It just shut off and on whenever it was programmed to, I assume. It is a different part of the world, and I realize that opening windows is a norm, but with rain storms, hot humid weather, and no fans in the room, it could have been better. We survived and enjoyed the stay in Holic."
