"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Gastfreundschaft sucht ihres Gleichen. Die Zeit war erholsam, Haus und Grundstück waren für unser Kinder ein wahrer Abenteuerspielplatz."

"Riesiges, umzäuntes Grundstück zur freien Verfügung. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Der Vermieter wohnt fußläufig erreichbar. Er war sehr freundlich und bemüht um unser Wohl ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Ein elektrisches Gartentor hält ungebetene Leute ab. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses und des Gartens. Wir benötigten allerdings auch keinen Pool und keine Mikrowelle. Gefehlt hat uns im Wohnbereich eine indirekte Leuchtquellle, uns persönlich waren die verschieden zu schaltenden Lampen zu grell....

"Tolles Haus um mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns direkt selber empfangen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll ist natürlich der Pool und der eigene Tennisplatz. "

"Ruhig gelegenes Haus im Gebirge :) Die Gastgeber wohnen gleich daneben und waren sehr nett. Man wurde auch nie gestört. Wir haben leckere Sachen zu esseen bekommen von den Gastgebern. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles ist sauber. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, aber wir wollten es so haben. Dort hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Der Pool war schön groß und es gibt genug Sachen für Kinder zum Spielen draußen."

"This was an OMG experience from start to finish. The view when you walk in is astonishing! The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with incredible views from the balcony. Area is not walkable but parking was easy with in and out privileges. Fabulous amenities such as fitness center and hydrotherapy spa. I give it my highest recommendation!!"

Loved our stay

"Loved our stay at this beautiful heritage hotel. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the main road and ocean. Beautiful furnishings. Breakfast was spectacular. Parking was 25 euros a day and not close by. Recommend eating at Lumber restaurant about 5 / 10 min walk away. "

"Wonderful hotel that was clean and had a spacious room with a view of the ocean where we were able to open the window and listen to the waves all night. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a great dining option. This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at on our 11 day journey through Europe."

"Lovely 150 year old historic hotel in the heart of the Opatija Riviera. The owners appear to be slowly renovating the place so that's good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. And the sea water pool (yes that's seawater!!) is awesome. Would definitely stay here again."

"We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!"
