"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. "Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place."

They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. "Very clean, but you will need to supply basics like toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap etc. It may be that European VRBO properties do not include such items compared to US properties. Bed are ok - FD full bed in primary bedroom was comfortable but twin bed mattresses were not. Pillows are unusual - long and thin. Overall, a very nice stay. Be aware that the owners speak no English. I speak basic Spanish but I believe they speak a Valencian dialect, so when they meet you at the...

"Belle maison meublée avec goût. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont très bien. Séjour très bien passé, cependant il manque un micro onde et quelques casseroles. La piscine n'est pas assez bien nettoyée, l'eau et trouble, il faudrait passer l'aspirateur au fond de la piscine pour récupérer tous les insectes. C'est dommage que l'arbre devant la piscine lui fasse de l'ombre à partir de 15h, a 17h elle est totalement à l'ombre!! A part ceci tous est très bien."

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."
