Beautiful waterfront house for 3 generations
The house was much bigger than i expected and perfect for our family of 10. The rooms worked out perfectly for 6 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The only downside was being 45-60 mins away from the Bar Harbor area and the lack of restaurants closer to home, however, we were able to cook many meals at home comfortably. It was fun to watch the lobster fisherman and various wikdlife outside. lack of restaurant options closer to home. We

Fox House
We absolutely loved the Fox House. We were 5 adults and 4 children and it was so much fun to be there. We saw seals, eagles and foxes which delighted the children and watched the fishing boats pull in their catch. The beach was such a draw for everyone and a few of us even went swimming. The view is spectacular and the beds super comfortable. Gail W.

Beautiful views
This property was fantastic for our family of 10. The views over the harbor were beautiful and most every room had picturesque views. Amenities were good. There is no central AC, but each bedroom has its own AC unit. The only downside of the location was the drive time from the property to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. It took nearly an hour to get to those locations. Be aware that Sullivan has limited restaurants. However, we cooked several meals at the property. There was also a small outdoor grill to cook up some burgers. Personally I did not mind the drive, as it was nice to have a quiet, private space for our family.
