"I like this hotels along with my family! Service, room service and stuff, including administrator and waitrose are the best! Conditionals is like old hotel after good repair. From one side you see everything new, but then you look at the windows and they like from 90th. Breakfast is good! Entrance through something like karaoke and night club, that not giving you to enter nice and calm, cause next to the entrance always crowd and music. "It was my birthday, we check-in. They offered us piece of Chocolate cake. Which was surprising. We didn't accepting that. Good to know, They noticed my birthday on my Belarusians residence card."

"Amazing stay, especially for this price. Large room, very comfortable bed, comfortable sofas in the room, well-functioning bathroom with bidet and a huge, amazing bathtub. The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom."

"J’ai apprécié mon séjour à Minsk mais l’hôtel était en travaux pendant notre arrivée alors ça faisait un peu désordre. La chambre était bien mais un peu vétuste. L’emplacement est éloigné du centre-ville mais avec les transports en commun à proximité, c’est pas un problème."

"The hotel was lush and luxurious, an excellent location and very friendly staff that were willing to help. The breakfast was good if you eat meat of youre a veggie then or vegan there will be very little for you as even the breakfast potatoes are served in the samw container as the meat. But this aside it wss a spacious room and a very enjoyable stay. I will be going back. "

"Like anywhere else there are pros and cons. The main pro is the location, it is located right at the city centre, close to many restaurants and beautiful city attractions (Internacionalnaia 15). The lady on the phone is nice and responsive. I would say it's the only pros that I can mention.. Cons: not so clean, old property, on the 5th floor, without an elevator. "Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and restful night Definitely adding Zalkind to the list of favorites in Minsk. "

"I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."
