Villa Gina

Villa Gina is located in Sukošan, a small town only 12 km away from the historic town of Zadar. Sukošan is a tourist resort located in the spacious Zlatna luka bay, where you will be able to relax and have fun with your family and friends.



Villa Gina was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, it offers guests 200 m2 of living space and 550 m2 of the total property. The nearest sandy beach 'Dječji raj' is 200 metres away, so you will easily be able to refresh yourself comfortably during the summer months. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, and you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed, and the fourth has two single beds. Likewise, each of the mentioned bedrooms has ensuite bathrooms with showers.



In the living room, there are two three-seaters, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for family and friends.



On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 32 m2, 1.5 m deep, which has a waterfall as an additional function. Next to it there are 5 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor covered dining table, and a charcoal or wood grill.



The courtyard of Villa Gina is fenced, and inside it, you can use 2 private parking spaces.



Additional features of Villa Gina include a washing machine, an iron, a separate toilet, a feeder, and a baby cot.



Sukošan has a large marina Dalmacija, natural complex Tustica, several beaches, small campsites, historical buildings, olive groves and vineyards, hospitable people, and tradition. In the vicinity of Sukošan, there are several national parks and nature parks such as Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, and Lake Vrana.
