The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a double sofa bed for 2 more people and exit to the outside terrace. Guests have at their disposal TV SAT with Netflix, additional toilet and laundry.
On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. One bedroom has access to its own en-suite shower room. On this floor you have access to a separate bathroom with shower and other toiletries.
The exterior of this amazing villa is in a garden of 525 m2, a unique pool of 30m2, a jacuzzi of 15m2 and a sauna. The outdoor grill is ideal for preparing fresh and delicious meals for family and friends to enjoy in the outdoor dining area in a beautiful night environment. There are 4 private parking spaces available for guests.
This amazing and brand new villa is located in a small tourist place called Sukošan near the city of Zadar, just 10 minutes walk from the Tratice beach. Unique private property with an area of ​​120 m2 and a fenced yard will offer you a full dose of privacy and relaxation.
