Verified traveler

I have no idea about the place and facility. My booking was overbooked and I was offered to another hotel by the owner. The owner mentioned that my booking via expedia was not sent to the owner's email address, therefore, my booked room was taken innocently. Anyway, the owner did the effort to search for another hotel in such a high demand circumtance that day, and finally gave me an acceptable solution, so I think it is OK.
