"Very pretty hotel - it has these charming long wooden doors all over that give it a palace feel 😍 . Service here was excellent and the staff often went out of their way to make sure we knew about places nearby and things to do. It is also near a GREAT massage spot (Siri). They have bicycle rentals for free. Our room had a mostly-dead cockroach greet us in the bathroom the moment we entered. Thankfully we never saw another one though! "Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help. The property is located not far from the Sukhothai historical park, and has free bikes for use. There are tuktuks and golf cart rentals with free pickup. The rooms are very clean and the gardens are tranquil and beautiful. But most of all, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!"
